- Provide thorough, timely, hands-on training for paint store personnel and distributor equipment sales personnel in the operation and basic troubleshooting of CED equipment
- Maintains accounts in resolving delivery, return, service complaints, document complaints and corrective actions
- Develops the activity through new customer
- Works with existing distributor to further develop business
- Participates in evaluating the addition or deletion of distributors in the assigned territory, and makes recommendations to the supervisor
- Conducts product demonstrations to distributors and end users
- Makes equipment recommendations and recommendations on effective striping techniques to distributors and end users
- Remains alert to competitive factors and influences in the assigned territory and reports developments to supervisor or marketing
- Present new/upgraded products and sales promotions to customers to increase sales and market share
- Conduct market research including consumer survey, focus groups, marketing literature, trade interviews within the agreed budget and time frame
- Provides sales management with input for quota setting and reprojections
- Uses need-satisfaction selling skills in establishing sales call objectives, making calls, and closing on the call objectives
- Works with accounts in assigned territory to promote products and maintain necessary inventory levels
- Share full responsibility for the delivery of volume, value and profit objectives as per Budget and in alignment with each brand strategy

- Develop activation programmes (contest, master class, drink strategy, promotion, etc.) to accelerate the rate of sell of our brands in all markets (affiliates or third party distributor)
- Update existing and create new packaging, playing on the various dry goods (glass, labels, closure or techniques of d?cor) and using the New Product development process
- Write brand strategy documents and annual brand guidelines (including A&P)
